Drying Time Recorder Model 504-V
504-V型干燥记录仪由一个带盖板的金属外壳组成。该盖板还可作为6个尺寸为305 x 25 mm的玻璃条的支撑面，在这些玻璃条上涂上待测涂层。六个半球形试针连接在一个钢制的固定装置上。烘干记录仪，设计有可变的运行速度，有20个预设运行时间，从7.5分钟到96小时。其他运行时间，以30秒为单位，可根据要求提供，订购时应相应说明。设定的时间显示在发光的显示屏上。根据涂层的干燥情况，可以有不同的轨道定义。为了确定相应的过渡点的时间，用手将装有试针的持针器推回，将试针放在相应的点上。相应的时间可以从时间刻度上读出。
宗旨和应用。干燥记录仪，504-V型，用于自动记录涂料和类似涂料的干燥行为。
试验原理：拖曳针以规定的速度在涂膜上滑行。根据涂层的干燥情况，针所产生的轨迹会发生变化。这种状态变化的时间点是通过跑步速度和走过的距离来记录的。
