UV-BOX 636
紫外线辐射几乎造成了暴露在外部环境中的耐用材料的光降解过程。UV-BOX 636中使用的荧光灯可以模拟关键的紫外线短波，并真实地再现了太阳光造成的损伤。用UV-BOX可以模拟的损伤类型有以下几种：变色、失去光泽、粉化、粉化、开裂、裂纹、开裂、起泡、起纹、脆化、强度损失和氧化。露水主要是指在室外曝晒时产生的大部分水分，远比雨水多得多。UV-BOX 636的冷凝系统通过高温的使用，真实地模拟了结露，并放大了结露的效果。
冷凝过程会自动净化系统中使用的网络水。这是因为水在样品上的蒸发和冷凝过程实际上是一个蒸馏过程，可以去除所有杂质。
UV-BOX最多可以容纳48个标准样品（75mm x 150mm），也可以根据客户的要求创建特殊的样品架。操作是通过现代化的触摸屏来完成的。
紫外线灯管不包括在配送范围内。
目的和应用: 紫外线加速老化试验可再现阳光、雨水和露水造成的损害。样品在UV-BOX 636内暴露几天或几周后，就可以再现在室外暴露数月或数年后发生的损伤。
测试原理: 为了模拟外部大气因素造成的老化，UV-BOX将材料置于受控的高温下交替循环的紫外线辐射和湿度。该仪器通过使用特殊的紫外线荧光灯模拟太阳光的影响，通过冷凝水或喷雾（喷雾选项）模拟露水和雨水的影响。
