Пленочные аппликаторы Model 510 Basic-G - это компактные испытательные приборы, оснащенные клавиатурой с пленкой. Использование соответствующих аппликаторов позволяет использовать их в качестве высокоточных пленочных аппликаторов. Микропроцессорное управление с точной градуировкой шагового двигателя гарантирует чрезвычайно равномерное выполнение, а также превосходную воспроизводимость всех наборов процессов.

Назначение и применение: Моторизованный аппликатор пленки используется в тех случаях, когда поверхность должна быть покрыта абсолютно однородной пленкой, необходима достоверная информация о соотношении между влажной и сухой толщиной пленки, должно быть изготовлено большое количество точно идентичных образцов, всевозможных неизбежных неточностей при ручном нанесении пленки, можно избежать, используя автоматический метод рисования. Типичными пользователями являются лакокрасочная промышленность, особенно для исследований/разработок/контроля качества многих различных продуктов. Как правило, университеты/академии, а также институты, изучающие высокочувствительные факты в рамках своих исследовательских и опытно-конструкторских проектов, требующих оптимально контролируемого нанесения пленки, т.е. при исследованиях солнечных батарей, топливных элементов и аккумуляторов, а также в области медицинской техники и исследований.
