Accepted Payment Methods
Note: We reserve the right to exclude certain types of payment
1. Purchase by invoice (for existing customers)
Many of our existing customers have the option to conveniently pay for their order by invoice. To do so, the payment method “Invoice” can be selected during checkout.
- Requirement: This payment method is available exclusively to many of our existing customers with a valid customer number. Please ensure that you have your personal ERICHSEN customer number available during the checkout process.
- Process: You will receive an order confirmation as well as the invoice with all relevant payment information by email.
- Advantage: Payment within 30 calendar days (from the invoice date).
- Note: If you are a new customer or do not currently have an ERICHSEN customer number available, please choose one of our other secure payment methods.
2. Advance Payment / Bank Transfer
You transfer the invoice amount conveniently to our bank account after receiving the order confirmation. Once payment has been received, your order will be processed immediately and shipped as quickly as possible.
- Advantage: No disclosure of sensitive data to third-party providers.
- Note: In addition to your order confirmation, you will receive a separate confirmation email with further payment instructions.
3. Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
Pay conveniently by credit card. Your credit card account will be charged upon completion of the order.
- Security: We support common security procedures. Your data is transmitted in encrypted form.
4. Bancontact (for customers from Belgium)
Use Belgium’s most popular payment method.
- Process: Payment is made securely and directly via your Bancontact card or the associated app.
- Advantage: Thanks to immediate transaction confirmation, we can process your order without delay.
5. EPS Bank Transfer (for customers from Austria)
Pay securely using the standard system of Austrian banks.
- Process: During checkout, you will be redirected directly to your online banking portal, where you authorize the payment as usual (e.g. via TAN).
- Advantage: No additional registration or separate account is required. You simply use your existing bank account.
6. iDEAL (for customers from the Netherlands)
Pay directly via your familiar online banking environment.
- Process: Select your bank during checkout. You will then be securely redirected to your bank’s login page to confirm the transfer.
- Advantage: Maximum security through bank authentication and immediate crediting of the payment to us.

- Flat shipping rate outside Europe – EUR 105.00
- Flat shipping rate USA – EUR 190.00
Note: All prices are exclusive of any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local charges, which may be levied by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Are transaction fees charged?
No, we do not charge any additional fees for using the listed payment methods.
When will my order be shipped if I pay in advance?
As soon as the amount has been credited to our account (usually within 1-2 business days after your transfer), we will begin processing your order and ship it as quickly as possible.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. We place the highest priority on your security. Your data is transmitted in encrypted form via secure SSL and/or TLS encryption, ensuring that it cannot be read by third parties.
