What happens after my complaint is received?
Once your complaint has been submitted, the laboratory management will be informed immediately and, depending on the nature of the complaint, will contact you at short notice.
How long does processing take?
Typically, you will receive a response to your processed complaint within three working days. If a longer processing time is needed, we will inform you of the expected timeframe.
