Description
In the HYGROTHERM 529/1000l humidity chamber (just as in the Model 519), the corrosion susceptibility and climatic behaviour of materials and compounds are tested in accordance with various standards and specifications (for example, the behaviour of protective-treated carrier materials in the condensate-water constant climate in accordance with DIN EN ISO 6270-2-CH). The HYGROTHERM 529 humidity cabinet – with a test chamber capacity of 1000 litres – is available as an alternative to the Model 519 with its 300-litre test chamber capacity. It is used for testing large-volume functional parts in a condensate-water climate (without a gas additive).
