Dialogue in Relaxed Atmosphere
This year's sales meeting in Hemer was once again a real highlight. The anticipation was palpable from day one: after a warm welcome and presentation of the agenda, our sales partners exchanged experiences from their everyday sales activities around the world in a relaxed atmosphere.
Practical Workshops
Over the course of three days of training, our representatives had the opportunity to experience our product portfolio first-hand, ensuring they will be able to provide even better advice to their customers worldwide in the future.
In addition to explanations of our testing equipment, practical workshops on testing of sheet metal, corrosion, materials and surfaces highlighted the importance of choosing the right testing method for quality assurance. Between workshops, there was plenty of time for questions, discussions and personal dialogue – it is precisely these conversations that bring our team together.
Shared Experiences
Another highlight was the joint excursion to Iserlohn's old town, which included a tour of the former air-raid shelter, a visit to the Iserlohn City Museum and dinner afterwards. This provided an opportunity to experience the region and the roots of Erichsen GmbH & Co. KG together. A cosy barbecue on the second afternoon rounded off one of the three successful days of training and provided the perfect setting for global networking and anecdotes from everyday sales life.
