Code of Conduct
As an internationally operating company with a long tradition, ERICHSEN attaches great importance to ethically correct behaviour. Therefore, we at ERICHSEN ensure the basis for competent and legally correct business relationships as well as sustainable entrepreneurial success.
Compliance with laws and regulations in all countries in which we operate is a core part of our corporate culture and a matter of course for us. Reliability and loyalty towards our employees, customers, partners and suppliers are strengths that we want to preserve together.
The Code of Conduct of our holding company DMB Dr. Dieter Murmann Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, which can be downloaded here, forms the guideline for the actions of all companies of the Erichsen Group. All our employees and business partners are advised to be familiar with this code and to comply with it in their daily work.
Supplier Code of Conduct
With the Supplier Code of Conduct (SCoC), Erichsen communicates its expectations to suppliers. As an external obligation, the Supplier Code of Conduct forms the interface between the company's own sustainability values and goals and the desired behaviour of its suppliers.
SpeakUp Line
The Erichsen Group offers a whistleblowing system called the SpeakUp Line for customers, suppliers, and employees. This system allows individuals to report potential compliance violations and raise concerns anonymously, 24/7.
