Which articles are available at ERICHSEN Webshop?

We offer a comprehensive range of all our testing machines, testing equipment and accessories in our ERICHSEN webshop. From sheet metal testing machines to corrosion testing devices and material testing machines to surface testing devices and various accessories in the usual highest ERICHSEN premium quality!

Is it possible to order via mobile devices (smartphone, tablet)?

Yes, you can use all functions of the www.erichsen.de - desktop version also conveniently on all mobile devices.

I am looking for a product, what is the best way to find it?

There are several ways to find a product in our webshop.

  • Possibility 1:
    You have an article number of the format "06202452" or similar? Then use our search function at the top of the page to find the product you are looking for.
    If you use an article number of the old format "2069.01.31", please remove the dots from the article number "20690131" and also use our search function at the top of the page.

  • Possibility 2:
    Do you already know the model designation or the designation of the accessory part? Then feel free to enter them in the search bar at the top of the page.

  • Possibility 3:
    You would like to test according to a certain standard
    and need the corresponding test device for this test? You can use the search function at the top of the page to find the relevant standard. Our ERICHSEN test devices that comply with this standard will be displayed.

  • Possibility 4:
    Are you looking for a testing device for a specific application in a specific area ("sheet metal testing", "corrosion testing", "material testing", "surface testing")? Then you are welcome to search for your suitable testing device via the navigation structure on our page. Under "Products" you will find a wide range of product areas and applications. In addition, you can search for the desired test or a specific term using the search function at the top of the page. Please note that not all terms can be covered by the search function.

I can't find a product, how can I get more information?

We are always striving to improve our webshop and add new and existing products and accessories from our product range to our webshop almost daily. But can you still not find one of our products or accessories in our webshop? Is there a minimum order quantity and what are the shipping costs?

There is no minimum order value in our webshop. The minimum order quantity per article consists of one packaging unit (PU). This or a multiple of it can be added to the order by specifying the quantity in the number field of the product.

Shipping costs flat rate Germany - 14,90 Euro
Free shipping (within Germany) - order value from 1.000 Euro

Shipping costs flat rate within Europe - 45,00 Euro

Shipping costs flat rate outside Europe - 105,00 Euro
Flat rate shipping and handling USA - 190,00 Euro

How to order an ERICHSEN product via the webshop?

Have you chosen? Select a product and click on "add to cart" to add the item to you shopping cart. Then click on "Cart" in the upper right corner and either on "Cart" to have the shopping cart listed again or on "Checkout" to initiate the order process. Follow the instructions to complete the steps of the checkout process:

  1. Review your shopping cart and the products it contains. You can add more products by clicking "back", remove products from the cart, update the cart or continue the ordering process by clicking "Checkout".
  2. Please fill in the personal data conscientiously and with the correct information. Furthermore, you can provide additional information in the "Comment" field.
  3. Please select the desired payment method.
  4. Check the order summary and shipping address.
  5. Confirmation: Read our Terms and Conditions carefully and confirm them. Clicking "Order with costs" will initiate your order.

After you complete the order process, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address from your order. How do I pay? Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept payments by advance payment and credit card.

I have not received a confirmation mail.

For the successful delivery of the confirmation mail we need the correct e-mail address. Are you sure that you have entered your e-mail address correctly? If you mistyped your email address, please try again with the correct address. If you still do not receive an email from info@erichsen.de, please check your spam filter, spam or junk mail folder.

Is it possible to see if a product is available?

Yes. On the product detail page you can immediately see if the desired item is currently available and the estimated delivery time. We query our stock levels daily, so stock levels are up to date for you on a daily basis.

You can easily log in with your stored username and your self-selected password. If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one here.

My login to the distributor portal does not work, I cannot log in. What do I do now?

You have received your user name in an e-mail back then.
