Customer specific contracts are offered with all ERICHSEN equipment. In this way, for instance, the warranty/guarantee period can be extended for your testing equipment; guaranteed response in emergencies can be planned (i.e. possible emergency repairs can be considered in advance); availability of necessary replacement parts can be secured in the shortest time; also intervals for preventive inspections can be defined. Testing Laboratory/Calibration/Certificates according to DIN/ISO 9000
The decisive criteria for the manufacturing assessment of the testing equipment quality is: display accuracy and uncertainty of measurement. Regular calibration and certification of measuring and testing equipment to fulfil the QM requirements according to DIN/ISO 9000 have become standard with the majority of industrial companies. Our own testing laboratory certifies our own measuring and testing equipment, thereby fulfilling the high standard of quality of our products. Furthermore, we ensure and safeguard, due to extensive collaboration with the Physikalisch Technischen Bundesanstalt (PTB), the traceability of national norms to the accuracy and reproductivity promised by our company. Our employees posses years of experience in calibration and administration of testing equipment. The following services are available:
- Calibration of testing equipment according to international standards (i.e. ISO, ASTM, etc.)
- Development of measuring and testing equipment for specific customer requirements
- Performance of customer's prototype specimen tests.
