- What happens to my complaint?
- As soon as you submit your complaint, the laboratory management is notified and will contact you shortly, depending on the nature of the complaint.
- How long does the processing take?
- You will generally receive feedback with the processed complaint within 3 working days. If we cannot assist you within that time, you will receive feedback regarding the duration of the processing.
